Lesson 5. My Missing Piece
It was missing a piece. And it was not happy.
So it started on a journey to find its missing piece.
Because it was missing a piece, it could not roll very fast.
So sometimes it stopped. It stopped to talk to a worm.
It stopped to smell a flower. Sometimes it passed a bug.
It sang, "Here I go, here I go." One day, it found a piece.
"Oh, I think that you're my missing piece." The piece said,
"Well...I don't think I can fit in you." "Are you sure about that? Let's try."
But it fell out. It was too small. And this one was too big.
And this one was too square. So, on and on it rolled.
Then one day it met another piece. "Oh, here comes my missing piece!"
It was very happy because it fit! It fit perfectly! |
