1. 삭제를 요청하는 방법 — 로그인하지 못해도 요청할 수 있습니다

메일 제목을 “개인정보 삭제 요청” 또는 “Facebook 데이터 삭제 요청”으로 보내 주세요.
Facebook 로그인 제한, 계정 접근 불가, 이미 탈퇴한 경우에도 같은 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 계정을 찾을 수 있는 정보: 아이티치포유 아이디·회원번호 또는 가입/연결 이메일 중 알고 있는 정보
- Facebook으로 가입한 경우: Facebook 로그인으로 이용했다는 사실, 가입 시 사용한 이름 및 연결 이메일(알고 있는 경우)
- 삭제 범위: “Facebook을 통해 받은 데이터 삭제” 또는 “계정 및 개인정보 삭제”
- 처리 결과를 받을 회신 이메일 주소
비밀번호, Facebook 액세스 토큰, 주민등록번호 또는 신분증 사본을 메일에 보내지 마세요. 관리자는 요청 계정과 본인의 관계를 확인하는 데 필요한 최소한의 정보만 추가로 확인합니다. 공개된 Facebook 이름만으로는 타인의 데이터를 삭제하지 않습니다.
2. 삭제 대상과 처리 결과
Facebook 로그인 시 Facebook 사용자 식별자, 이름, 이메일(제공되는 경우), 프로필 사진 정보를 받아 회원 식별·로그인·계정 연결·프로필 표시 등에 사용합니다. Facebook 데이터 삭제 요청은 이 서비스를 통해 저장한 Facebook 식별자·연결 정보와 Facebook에서 받은 이름·이메일·프로필 사진 등 개인정보를 대상으로 합니다. 전체 계정 삭제를 원하는 경우에는 그 사실을 함께 적어 주세요.
관리자가 이메일을 접수하고 본인 확인 후 삭제 대상과 법령상 보존 대상 여부를 확인하여 지체 없이 처리합니다. 삭제 완료, 추가 확인 필요 또는 보존이 필요한 항목과 그 이유·기간을 회신 이메일로 안내합니다. 처리가 지연되면 사유와 예상 처리 일정을 안내하며, 진행 상황은 동일한 이메일로 문의할 수 있습니다.
법령상 보존 의무가 있는 기록은 삭제 대상에서 제외될 수 있습니다. 예를 들어 전자상거래 관련 계약·청약철회 및 대금결제·재화 공급 기록은 5년, 소비자 불만·분쟁처리 기록은 3년 보존 대상입니다. 해당하는 기록과 보존 근거는 처리 결과에서 안내합니다. 직접 게시한 글·댓글·자료에 개인정보가 있으면 해당 게시물 주소도 함께 보내 주세요.
3. 회원탈퇴·연동 해제와 데이터 삭제의 차이
- 마이페이지 → 회원탈퇴에서 탈퇴할 수 있습니다(로그인 필요). 현재 회원탈퇴는 계정 이용을 중지하는 절차이며 모든 개인정보의 즉시 삭제를 뜻하지 않습니다. 저장 데이터의 삭제를 원하면 위 이메일로 별도 요청해 주세요.
- Facebook 설정의 앱 및 웹사이트 → 아이티치포유 → 삭제/연결 해제로 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다. 메뉴 이름은 Facebook 화면에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. Facebook에서 앱을 제거하는 것만으로 아이티치포유에 이미 저장된 데이터가 모두 삭제되지는 않으므로, 저장 데이터 삭제는 위 이메일로 요청해 주세요.
- Facebook 데이터 삭제 후에는 해당 연결로 로그인하지 못할 수 있습니다. 다른 로그인 수단이 없는 경우에도 이메일로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
How to request deletion of your personal data or Facebook data
No login is required to submit a deletion request. Email www.iteach4u.kr@gmail.com with the subject “Facebook data deletion request” or “Personal data deletion request”.
- Provide your iteach4u username/member number or linked email, if known. If you used Facebook Login, state this and provide the name and email used when registering, if known.
- Specify whether you want your Facebook-derived data deleted or your entire account and personal data deleted.
- Provide a reply email address. Do not send passwords, access tokens, national ID numbers or copies of ID documents.
We use Facebook user ID, name, email (when provided) and profile picture for account identification, login, account linking and profile display. A Facebook data deletion request covers the Facebook identifiers, linking information and personal data received from Facebook that we have stored.
The administrator verifies account ownership using the minimum information needed, reviews the deletion scope and any legally required retention, and processes the request without undue delay. We reply by email with completion, any verification needed, or the data retained and the legal reason and retention period. If processing is delayed, we explain why and provide an expected timeline. You can follow up at the same email address.
Legally required records may be retained: for example, contract/cancellation and payment/supply records for 5 years, and consumer complaint/dispute records for 3 years under applicable Korean e-commerce law. Include post URLs if your posts, comments or uploaded materials contain personal information you wish to remove.
You may also withdraw your account at My Page → Account withdrawal (login required), or remove iteach4u in Facebook’s Apps and websites settings. Account withdrawal disables access; it does not immediately erase all stored data. Removing the Facebook app revokes access but does not itself erase all data already stored by iteach4u. Email us to request deletion even if your account is restricted, already withdrawn, or you cannot sign in. Deleting Facebook login data may prevent future login through that connection.
