Concentration

  First of all, be in class on time and make sure to bring text-books, notebooks, pencils and all other things needed. If you are well prepared, you can actively take part in the class.

  Next, concentrate on what your teacher says. If you find yourself daydreaming in class, bring your attention quickly back to the lesson. Watch yourself so that you don't daydream. In other words, monitor where your attention goes.

  Lastly find the main points of the lesson and take notes so that you can use them for your exams. After class, compare your notes with your friend's. If you find something different, help each other.
